Common Uses of Frankincense
Frankincense (Boswellia carterii) includes the naturally occurring constituent boswellic acid, and has a woodsy, warm, balsamic aroma.

Reduces stress and nervous tension
Boosts mood
Increase feelings of spirituality and inner strength
Apply 1-2 drops to the face and neck to minimize visual blemishes and add a healthy looking glow
Diffuse during meditation for grounding and purpose

Suggested Use
• Topical: Apply 2–4 drops directly to desired area. Dilution not required, except for the most sensitive skin. Use as needed.
• Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.
